Dr. Prabhu will be here in early December. On Dec 3 and 4 he will be conducting a workshop at Ruia College. For registration details you could contact the English Department there.
Then on the 5th, he's delivering a talk at the English Dept. at Mumbai University and the ELT Circle combined, at 3 pm on the Kalina campus.
Before that will be the ELT Circle AGM.

Introduction

We drew a circle that took him in!

Today, the ELT Circle embarks on a new voyage. It goes online. :)
We, the members of the ELT circle, hope that the circle grows in leaps and bounds and fulfills the objective for which it was formed - to reach out to those interested in English Language Teaching and diffuse knowledge about the various pedagogies available to better linguistic competence.
The ELT Circle is open to all - those interested in teaching & those interested in learning. We focus on the aspects of language teaching that will improve the functional competence of the English language users. Skits, role play, pop music, newspaper and magazine articles, all become tools to aid our work.
It is an exhilirating journey that we have enjoyed so far and we hope that others will be able to experience as well.
